Need Help with your Website?

Please login to the Site Administration Tools to access our online Help Manual. You can search for answers to your questions when you are logged in by clicking on the "Help" button in the upper right-hand portion of your screen. You can also use our Chat Support to chat live with a MyChurchSite support representative.You will need to have signed up for a MSN account and downloaded the MSN Messenger client to your computer in order to use this service. Visit http://messenger.msn.com for more details on how to obtain a free MSN account. Once you have the MSN account, you can click on the "Chat Support" button to see if a MyChurchSite support representative is available and begin the chat if their status is "Online."

Have a problem?

Please be sure to let us know if you encounter any problems or errors. You can do this by using the Trouble Ticket system within the Site Administration Tool. To submit a Trouble Ticket, click on Account Management -> Billing and Support. This will launch a new window that opens up our Billing & Support system. Click on Get Support -> Support Desk -> Create Ticket. Choose a topic from the drop-down list and then provide as detailed a description of the problem as possible, and then click on "Create Ticket." We will get back to you shortly.

In order to use the MyChurchSite Site Administration Tool, your computer system must meet these requirements:

  • IBM-compatible PC with Pentium 90 processor or better.
  • Microsoft® Windows 95 or later.
  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 5.5 or above. You can download the latest version from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/ie6/default.asp
  • 32 MB of RAM for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Millennium. 64 MB of RAM for Windows NT and Windows 2000.
  • A graphics system capable of displaying 256 colors. We recommend a higher color capability for optimum viewing (a graphics system capable of displaying 16 million colors or better).
  • Internet access through your ISP. You can use either a dial-up modem account or DSL or cable if you have high-speed Internet access. We recommend a minimum 28,800bps (or faster) modem. For the best experience, broadband access is recommended.
