No. MyChurchSite is designed for both the individual with little or no computer experience, and those who are comfortable with HTML. We provide two modes to edit and create your content: WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) mode that provides Microsoft Word-like buttons to stylize your text such as font color, bold, inserting images, etc., and HTML mode for our more advanced users so they can edit the HTML directly.



Yes. You can create an unlimited number of administrators to aide you in creating and maintaining your website. MyChurchSite allows you to limit what areas of functionality each administrator is permitted to access.



With the MyChurchSite product you are limited to the available templates provided in our design library. However, for an additional fee we can create a unique custom template or integrate your church logo into an existing template. With this option you still have all the power of the MyChurchSite system but with your own unique look and feel.



Yes. All you need to do is update your DNS records with the company with whom you registered your domain name. Upon sign-up we will email you the appropriate DNS server settings.



Yes. You can register any available domain name directly from our site and it will automatically route to our servers when the process is completed. This normally takes up to 72 hours to take full effect.



We are committed to improving the MyChurchSite product and have a team continually maintaining and creating new features. As a customer your feedback is important to us and significantly contributes to the features we add to our product.



All of the content in our databases is backed up regularly. We believe strongly in protecting our users and their content, and have worked hard at making your website content as secure as possible.



The great thing about MyChurchSite is all of our changes are immediate. As soon as you click "Save," your changes are published on your website in real time. We also offer a preview option to see how our changes will look prior to saving the page.
